Spectators: 6649 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1649, VIP seats: 0) Reynaldo Rosado started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, CRAQUES DO FUTURO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Paulo Rosa came free, but Gugu Tavares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gugu Tavares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Paulo Rosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Zé Paulo Rosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. VILA FLORA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zé Paulo Rosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gugu Tavares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ronaldo Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cláudio Pernambucano having to interfere. VILA FLORA FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Décio Breckenfeld scored to the left of an out of position Cláudio Pernambucano, making the score, 1-0. The attack was good, but when Décio Breckenfeld in the 20th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Décio Breckenfeld sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. VILA FLORA FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Décio Breckenfeld 27 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. In the 31st minute, Reynaldo Rosado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VILA FLORA FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. When Ronaldo Lara came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the CRAQUES DO FUTURO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronaldo Lara couldn't finish the play. Reynaldo Rosado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Gugu Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, CRAQUES DO FUTURO FC's Hermínio Hoffmann got a free kick in the 40th minute. Gugu Tavares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Paulo Rosa in the 42nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in CRAQUES DO FUTURO FC's zone, Reynaldo Rosado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gugu Tavares came out of the goal and Reynaldo Rosado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. CRAQUES DO FUTURO FC's Gugu Tavares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Rosado in the 46th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Décio Breckenfeld was the one to do the kick off. Ronaldo Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cláudio Pernambucano having to interfere. Wiliam Nascimento hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Lara in the 69th minute of play forced VILA FLORA FC's goalkeeper Cláudio Pernambucano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 70 minutes of play, CRAQUES DO FUTURO FC's Décio Breckenfeld made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cláudio Pernambucano was left in no man's land by his defense there! 72 minutes into the game, Osvaldo Arósio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CRAQUES DO FUTURO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VILA FLORA FC the free kick. After 73 played minutes CRAQUES DO FUTURO FC got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Arósio. Gugu Tavares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zé Paulo Rosa in the 75th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zé Paulo Rosa got free with Gugu Tavares in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zé Paulo Rosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zé Paulo Rosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zé Paulo Rosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gugu Tavares having to interfere. Hermínio Hoffmann's late challenge caught a VILA FLORA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hermínio Hoffmann helped the player get up and apologised. Zé Paulo Rosa was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. VILA FLORA FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Cláudio Pernambucano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Décio Breckenfeld, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Décio Breckenfeld received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Cláudio Pernambucano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
