The referee ignored ASSOCIAÇAO ATLETICA TIJUK's protests and gave Lenílson Silveira a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 56 minutes, Jairo Barral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Espera SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jairo Barral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Espera SS fully deserved thier win.
