Spectators: 7257 (Terracing: 5539, Seating: 1698, VIP seats: 20) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aloísio Paraibano kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tartarem SS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edson Corrêa was slow to take the kick. During this time Nova Granada Soccer's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Ramon Cordeara managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Tartarem SS's Kauã Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Kauã Costa came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Tartarem SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kauã Costa couldn't finish the play. After 15 played minutes Tartarem SS got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Sanches. Ronaldão Souto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Papi Colorado's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Nova Granada Soccer's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edson Corrêa in the 19th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Tartarem SS's goalie and right to Papi Colorado. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Tartarem SS's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After a defensive mix-up in Nova Granada Soccer's zone, Aloísio Paraibano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Cristóbal í Lon Jacobsen came out of the goal and Aloísio Paraibano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute, Emerson Fontes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adriano Rodrigues struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Ronaldão Souto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nova Granada Soccer. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Rodrigues in the 33rd minute of play forced Tartarem SS's goalkeeper Ronaldão Souto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Papi Colorado sped through Tartarem SS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ronaldão Souto. Juan Cristóbal í Lon Jacobsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauã Costa in the 43rd minute of play. Papi Colorado who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Ronaldão Souto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ronaldão Souto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emerson Fontes in the 47th minute of play.

Ronaldão Souto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Papi Colorado in the 51st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Papi Colorado in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ronaldão Souto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kauã Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute, Kauã Costa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Cristóbal í Lon Jacobsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Álvaro Martins hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. If Adriano Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronaldão Souto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihai Eminescu in the 63rd minute of play. Emerson Fontes took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ronaldão Souto. Ronaldão Souto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After 69 played minutes Tartarem SS got a freekick which was hit by Aloísio Paraibano. Ronaldão Souto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihai Eminescu in the 73rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Nova Granada Soccer's zone, Aloísio Paraibano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Cristóbal í Lon Jacobsen came out of the goal and Aloísio Paraibano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cássio Sanches's late challenge caught a Nova Granada Soccer's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cássio Sanches helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th minute, Cássio Sanches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adriano Rodrigues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 83 played minutes Tartarem SS got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Sanches. In the 87th minute, Cássio Sanches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the game, Nova Granada Soccer's Adriano Rodrigues nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronaldão Souto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. In the 91st minute, Hélio Donato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fred Aparecido, 92 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, Nova Granada Soccer's Nestor Magalhães got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Aloísio Paraibano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tartarem SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Aloísio Paraibano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Cristóbal í Lon Jacobsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the Nova Granada Soccer players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
