Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Papi Colorado got the match started through his kick off. After 4 minutes, Papi Colorado made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Mount Stones's Pedro Paulo Pontes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Nova Granada Soccer getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Adriano Rodrigues hit a great ball. Ademir Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Papi Colorado put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Pedro Paulo Pontes. Mount Stones's Válter Vasconcelos got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Paulo Pontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emerson Fontes in the 19th minute of play. Evandro Negri's late challenge caught a Nova Granada Soccer's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evandro Negri helped the player get up and apologised. Evandro Negri kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 22 minutes of play, Nova Granada Soccer's Papi Colorado made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Paulo Pontes was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 26th minute Adriano Rodrigues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Paulo Pontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Mount Stones defense, João Paulo Leal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Paulo Pontes. The Mount Stones fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Paulo Pontes should have stopped the shot. 31 minutes into the match, Mount Stones's goal looked a bit too open when Papi Colorado came free, but Pedro Paulo Pontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emerson Fontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Pedro Paulo Pontes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 35 minutes, Papi Colorado made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Mount Stones's Pedro Paulo Pontes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 40 minutes Mount Stones's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edson Corrêa who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in Mount Stones's zone, Adriano Rodrigues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Paulo Pontes came out of the goal and Adriano Rodrigues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Papi Colorado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Paulo Pontes having to interfere. Papi Colorado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Paulo Pontes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. After 45 minutes of play, Nova Granada Soccer's Adriano Rodrigues made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Paulo Pontes was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Nova Granada Soccer were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Franklin Furtado was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Ramon Cordeara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Paulo Pontes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Nova Granada Soccer made a substitution. Mihai Eminescu replaced Papi Colorado. Pedro Paulo Pontes came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Nova Granada Soccer's Mihai Eminescu. But to his dismay, Mihai Eminescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. In the 67th minute, Mihai Eminescu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pedro Paulo Pontes. The goal made the score 0-9. Thanks to some nice moves Diego Valladares could shoot a difficult shot in the 75th minute, which Pedro Paulo Pontes however easily saved by the left post. Juan Cristóbal í Lon Jacobsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ademir Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. When Nova Granada Soccer's Mihai Eminescu in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mount Stones's goalie prevented a goal. In the 84th minute Mihai Eminescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Paulo Pontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan Cristóbal í Lon Jacobsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Válter Vasconcelos, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 90th minute, Nova Granada Soccer's Mihai Eminescu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. After 93 minutes, Nestor Magalhães mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nova Granada Soccer and the Mount Stones players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nestor Magalhães kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Nova Granada Soccer played a much better game than Mount Stones and deserved their victory. The Mount Stones players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
