Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Diamantino Arruda to make the kick off. The referee ignored A.E.F.P.MORATUS's protests and gave Cauan Bueno a yellow card for diving instead. 88 minutes into the game, Dino Alvarenga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fluminense FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.E.F.P.MORATUS the free kick.
