Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Danilo Pires started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th minute Zé Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murillo Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.R 13 de Jacarepaguá's Murillo Chaves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Marquez in the 6th minute of play. Murillo Chaves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Marquez in the 8th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Danilo Pires managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.R 13 de Jacarepaguá's supporters rose to their feet, but Danilo Pires was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruy Mota breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Murillo Chaves was a little too slow when Carlos Eduardo Cosme got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-0. Murillo Chaves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zé Marquez in the 20th minute. After 22nd play minutes Anderson de Amorim shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Murillo Chaves and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 25th minute of the match Betinho Coutinho shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Murillo Chaves showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 26thth minute of the game Zé Marquez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.R 13 de Jacarepaguá's Murillo Chaves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chakais do Oeste fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! 32 minutes into the match, Rui Paulista had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Murillo Chaves. C.R 13 de Jacarepaguá's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rui Paulista was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. 36 minutes into the match, C.R 13 de Jacarepaguá's goalkeeper Murillo Chaves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anderson de Amorim. After having played for 37 minutes, Zé Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chakais do Oeste's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Marquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Anderson de Amorim came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Chakais do Oeste fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anderson de Amorim couldn't finish the play. Murillo Chaves was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zé Marquez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 46 minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zé Marquez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Chakais do Oeste's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Danilo Pires scored to the left of an out of position Ruy Mota, making the score, 4-2. 55 minutes into the game, Zé Marquez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Murillo Chaves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anderson de Amorim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 60 played minutes Chakais do Oeste got a freekick which was hit by Rui Paulista. After 65 minutes, Zé Marquez made it 6-2 with a short kick to the right side. C.R 13 de Jacarepaguá's Murillo Chaves tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as C.R 13 de Jacarepaguá's Danilo Pires slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ruy Mota. That made the score 6-3 after 69 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, C.R 13 de Jacarepaguá's Renatinho Botelho got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After 75 played minutes Chakais do Oeste got a freekick which was hit by Rui Paulista. In the 85th minute, Olívio Saraiva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Murillo Chaves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anderson de Amorim in the 91st minute of play. Beto Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Murillo Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Zé Marquez came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Chakais do Oeste fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zé Marquez couldn't finish the play. In the 97th minute, Beto Almeida got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chakais do Oeste's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
