Spectators: 6675 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 0) Taititu's João Vítor Madureira got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atlético-PR's Olavo Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilvan Dionísio in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th match minute, Atlético-PR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cido Novaes in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olavo Varela saved Atlético-PR from getting behind. Emanuel Mangueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonçalo Tinoco having to interfere. In the 14th minute João Vítor Madureira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cido Novaes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olavo Varela having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Erivaldo Faria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Atlético-PR getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Germano Berger hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético-PR's zone, Gilvan Dionísio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olavo Varela came out of the goal and Gilvan Dionísio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matheus de Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Olavo Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Matheus de Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olavo Varela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cido Novaes, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After 42 minutes, Cido Novaes made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Atlético-PR's Olavo Varela tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cido Novaes to strike the kick off in the second half. If Cido Novaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Cido Novaes fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Donato Fonseca hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. If Dário de Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético-PR's goalkeeper Olavo Varela, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves João Vítor Madureira could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Olavo Varela however easily saved by the left post. In the 75thth minute of the game Kléberson Martins who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético-PR's Olavo Varela was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 76th minute, Luisão Neto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Taititu were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Atlético-PR's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gilvan Dionísio took the corner. The corner ended in Gilvan Dionísio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Atlético-PR's Olavo Varela did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matheus de Senna in the 80th minute of play forced Atlético-PR's goalkeeper Olavo Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Vítor Madureira in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Olavo Varela, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Manuel do Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cido Novaes struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Olavo Varela didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taititu. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cido Novaes in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olavo Varela saved Atlético-PR from getting behind. Olavo Varela was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and Cido Novaes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cido Novaes really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. The Atlético-PR fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Taititu were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
