Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cristiano Lucas kicked off to start the match. NANA Futebol Clube's Frederico Baptista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernani Dante in the 4th minute of play. If Hernani Dante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leonardo Matorin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederico Baptista having to interfere. In the 10th match minute, NANA Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Washington Sampaio to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Cristiano Lucas managed to get in a good position for a shot. NANA Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristiano Lucas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Luiz Martins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. André Luiz Martins came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by NANA Futebol Clube's Sebastião Silva. But to his dismay, Sebastião Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. NANA Futebol Clube's Frederico Baptista proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save NANA Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Ubirataia FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Leonardo Matorin hit a great ball. Cristiano Lucas scored 0-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of André Luiz Martins, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th minute, João Carlos Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to NANA Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Nando Porto hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Pedrinho Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, NANA Futebol Clube's Dino de Queirós got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 42ndth minute of the game Hernani Dante who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NANA Futebol Clube's Frederico Baptista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Germano Novaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hernani Dante was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes NANA Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Sebastião Silva. NANA Futebol Clube's Dino de Queirós suffered a sore thigh after 53 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 53 minutes, Hernani Dante mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ubirataia FC and the NANA Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hernani Dante kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Ubirataia FC's Sandro Pereira tried to score from far away in the 58th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of Ubirataia FC booed when NANA Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nando Porto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frederico Baptista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hernani Dante's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. In the 70th match minute, NANA Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nando Porto to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, Hernani Dante notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of NANA Futebol Clube's Frederico Baptista. Frederico Baptista was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Hernani Dante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frederico Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernani Dante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80thth minute of the game Hernani Dante who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NANA Futebol Clube's Frederico Baptista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ubirataia FC's Wesley Sousa got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of NANA Futebol Clube booed when Ubirataia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Carlos Vale didn't get a good kick on the ball. André Luiz Martins made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastião Silva in the 90th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hernani Dante in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frederico Baptista saved NANA Futebol Clube from getting behind. After 93 minutes, Hernani Dante made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. NANA Futebol Clube's Frederico Baptista tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ubirataia FC fully deserved thier win.
