Spectators: 6672 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vágner Zanette took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Surui's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Alberto Barreto came free, but Nilmar Cearense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Gugu Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Surui's supporters rose to their feet, but Gugu Alcântara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anderson Campidelis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Manada FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Carlos Alberto Barreto hit a great ball. Surui's Nilmar Cearense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vágner Zanette in the 13th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Surui's Gugu Alcântara slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anderson Campidelis. That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. Nilmar Cearense came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Manada FC's Vítor Arósio. But to his dismay, Vítor Arósio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After having played for 27 minutes, Vágner Zanette managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manada FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vágner Zanette was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Surui booed when Manada FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Alberto Barreto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juarês Alves hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Cléberson Marquez might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anderson Campidelis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cléberson Marquez ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 38th minute of the match Jonas Vargas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nilmar Cearense skillfully saved the ball. Vágner Zanette struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Nilmar Cearense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manada FC. João Carlos Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anderson Campidelis having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Gugu Alcântara made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Carlos Alberto Barreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Manada FC's zone, Gugu Alcântara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anderson Campidelis came out of the goal and Gugu Alcântara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vítor Arósio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Surui's zone, Vágner Zanette stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nilmar Cearense came out of the goal and Vágner Zanette tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the match, Surui's goal looked a bit too open when Vágner Zanette came free, but Nilmar Cearense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nilmar Cearense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vágner Zanette, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Vítor Arósio in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nilmar Cearense, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Manada FC booed when Surui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Bertassi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 78 played minutes Surui got a freekick which was hit by Gugu Alcântara. A hard shot 81 in the game by Vítor Arósio from a close distance when the talented Nilmar Cearense managed to make a qualified save. Surui's players were relieved. Nilmar Cearense made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vítor Arósio in the 84th minute. Benjamim Neiva kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. When Vágner Zanette came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Manada FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vágner Zanette couldn't finish the play. Carlos Alberto Barreto kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
