Spectators: 6684 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Tunui booed when Ocaucu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Paulo Leite didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute of the match Ronaldinho da Cunha sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kaká Hermes skillfully saved the ball. Romário Marques's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kaká Hermes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Romário Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaká Hermes having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Romário Marques's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kaká Hermes was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Kléber Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Kaká Hermes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kaká Hermes came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Tunui's Romário Marques. But to his dismay, Romário Marques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 21 played minutes Ocaucu got a freekick which was hit by Cafu Garcia. Romário Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Kaká Hermes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute Romário Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaká Hermes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 minutes of play, Tunui's Kléber Garcia made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kaká Hermes was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Romário Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tunui's supporters rose to their feet, but Romário Marques was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kaká Hermes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Romário Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cauã Aguiar was the one to do the kick off. Richard Pernambucano struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Horácio Peres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ocaucu. 54 minutes into the game, Kléber Garcia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kaká Hermes. Kléber Garcia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. 60 minutes into the match, Cauã Aguiar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Horácio Peres. Tunui's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cauã Aguiar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Tunui's Cléberson Recife challenged an opponent after 64 minutes. The hit was so bad that he suffered a foot injury. In the 65th match minute, Ocaucu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cafu Garcia to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Tunui's Kléber Garcia got a free kick in the 67th minute. If Kléber Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kléber Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Kaká Hermes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 81 minutes, Romário Marques mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tunui and the Ocaucu players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Romário Marques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kléber Garcia got free with Kaká Hermes in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cauã Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horácio Peres having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Kléber Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Horácio Peres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Pernambucano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Tunui could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ocaucu throughout the match.
