In the 25th minute, Pedro Luís de Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bebeto Batista in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Augusto Koehler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. José Augusto Koehler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benê Guedes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Alan de Lara's late challenge caught a Skibiriba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alan de Lara helped the player get up and apologised. Alan de Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. José Augusto Koehler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bebeto Batista in the 68th minute of play. Sandro Falcão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Pires having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Sandro Falcão managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Antares's supporters rose to their feet, but Sandro Falcão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernesto Pires breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 75 played minutes, SC Antares's José Augusto Garcia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ernesto Pires came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SC Antares reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benê Guedes during the 77th minute. Amauri Carvalho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Augusto Koehler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Ernesto Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bebeto Batista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. José Augusto Koehler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dênis Godoi got free with José Augusto Koehler in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dênis Godoi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 91st playminute. Ernesto Pires showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles Correia in the 95th minute of the match. The SC Antares fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Skibiriba were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
