Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. André de Toledo started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexandre de Godoi during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Caetano de Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fumo's supporters rose to their feet, but Caetano de Carvalho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dito Vale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Batel D Guarapuava Clube's Dito Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano de Carvalho in the 11th minute of play. When the match had been going on for 17 minutes, Fumo's Hélder Linares got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Dito Vale. Dito Vale was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Germano Silveira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Fumo's zone, André de Toledo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cléberson Lucas came out of the goal and André de Toledo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fumo's Ivo Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Batel D Guarapuava Clube's Dito Vale proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Batel D Guarapuava Clube from getting a goal against them. Batel D Guarapuava Clube's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Caetano de Carvalho scored to the left of an out of position Dito Vale, making the score, 3-0. In the 40thth minute of the game André de Toledo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fumo's Cléberson Lucas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Caetano de Carvalho made a kick off. Dito Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano de Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano de Carvalho in the 53rd minute of play forced Batel D Guarapuava Clube's goalkeeper Dito Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Batel D Guarapuava Clube's zone, Caetano de Carvalho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dito Vale came out of the goal and Caetano de Carvalho tried to chip the ball over his head. Dito Vale was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dito Vale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Toninho Veloso went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Fumo booed when Batel D Guarapuava Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandre de Godoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ediberto Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. If Caetano de Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Toninho Veloso might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dito Vale. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Toninho Veloso ran back to his position shaking his head. Dito Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toninho Veloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Caetano de Carvalho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fumo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. If Toninho Veloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Toninho Veloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Dito Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Batel D Guarapuava Clube's André de Toledo got a free kick in the 85th minute. Fumo's Hélder Linares couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 86th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Batel D Guarapuava Clube. 88 minutes into the match, Batel D Guarapuava Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Toninho Veloso came free, but Dito Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caetano de Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caetano de Carvalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dito Vale having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fumo fully deserved thier win.
