Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedro Eger was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Paris Saint-Germain FC defense, Humberto Zonta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Tinoco. The Paris Saint-Germain FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Tinoco should have stopped the shot. Teodoro Cardozo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Tinoco having to interfere. 89 minutes in the game, Pedro Eger fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Artur Tinoco having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Paris Saint-Germain FC's Arlindo de Castro got a free kick in the 90th minute. Betão Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Gragoatá F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Paris Saint-Germain FC throughout the match.
