In the 12th minute, André Dias made a precise shot to the right of Chicão Teles. CTMM - FDFDF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Délio Britto might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chicão Teles. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Délio Britto ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 19th match minute, Brasília Seahawks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Délio Britto to maneuver through the defense. Zé Carlos Carvalho hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Délio Britto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gerson Paraíba might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chicão Teles. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerson Paraíba ran back to his position shaking his head. When Délio Britto came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Brasília Seahawks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Délio Britto couldn't finish the play. Délio Britto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpected shot in the 38th minute by Délio Britto got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With his leg Chicão Teles managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Brasília Seahawks's André Dias fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Zé Carlos Carvalho charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zé Carlos Carvalho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, CTMM - FDFDF's Zé Carlos Carvalho got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 44 minutes in the game Nico Brasil got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for André Dias to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, André Dias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chicão Teles. CTMM - FDFDF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that André Dias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. When Norberto de Moraes fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CTMM - FDFDF's protests and gave Norberto de Moraes a yellow card for diving instead. Norberto de Moraes hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute Délio Britto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chicão Teles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Radu Moarcăș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Lucas in the 62nd minute of the match. Chicão Teles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Dias in the 63rd minute of play. If Délio Britto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, André Dias made a precise shot to the right of Chicão Teles. CTMM - FDFDF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. André Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chicão Teles having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Délio Britto made a precise shot to the right of Chicão Teles. CTMM - FDFDF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Brasília Seahawks's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Dorival Romero scored to the left of an out of position Radu Moarcăș, making the score, 4-2. In the 84th minute André Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chicão Teles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, Gerson Paraíba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling André Dias in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chicão Teles prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
