A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Sílvio Luiz Meireles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnaldo Messias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geraldo Carvalho having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Vítor Ortiz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tauarua's supporters rose to their feet, but Vítor Ortiz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vânderson Rezende breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 99 minutes of play, Ubatinga's Luís Paulo Cosme made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Geraldo Carvalho was left in no man's land by his defense there!
