In the 15th minute, Luís Fernando Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in COXA DE MINHOCA's zone, Humberto Zonta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diamantino Donatello came out of the goal and Humberto Zonta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute, Humberto Zonta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pedro Eger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diamantino Donatello having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Teodoro Cardozo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gragoatá F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Teodoro Cardozo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diamantino Donatello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Diamantino Donatello stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Humberto Zonta's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. If Pedro Eger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Eger received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Diamantino Donatello came out and tried to block the shot, but Pedro Eger slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pedro Eger to strike the kick off in the second half. Humberto Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diamantino Donatello having to interfere. When Pedro Eger came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Gragoatá F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Eger couldn't finish the play. Diamantino Donatello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Zonta, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Diamantino Donatello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Eger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Zonta in the 71st minute of play forced COXA DE MINHOCA's goalkeeper Diamantino Donatello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Humberto Zonta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osvaldo Custódio might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matías Silveira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. COXA DE MINHOCA's Diamantino Donatello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Cardozo in the 90th minute of play. When Gragoatá F.C.'s Pedro Eger in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye COXA DE MINHOCA's goalie prevented a goal. Joel Alvarenga's late challenge caught a Gragoatá F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joel Alvarenga helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th match minute, COXA DE MINHOCA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Alvarenga to maneuver through the defense. Gragoatá F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
