Celso Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Eger in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th match minute, Pereba F C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Linhares to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Pereba F C's zone, Humberto Zonta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celso Amorim came out of the goal and Humberto Zonta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Pereba F C defense, Pedro Eger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celso Amorim. The Pereba F C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celso Amorim should have stopped the shot. Claudinei Antunes kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. When Arnaldo Linhares was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 30 minutes had been played. A collision led to Pereba F C getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Arnaldo Linhares hit a great ball. Celso Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Zonta in the 36th minute of the match. Hílton Castro struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Matías Silveira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pereba F C. Pedro Eger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Amorim having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hílton Castro to strike the kick off in the second half. Pedro Eger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 56 minutes into the match, Pereba F C's goalkeeper Celso Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Humberto Zonta. Pedro Eger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Amorim having to interfere. Hílton Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dino Cerezo kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Gragoatá F.C.'s Claudinei Antunes couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 75th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pereba F C. Gragoatá F.C.'s Matías Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hílton Castro in the 77th minute of play. If Humberto Zonta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85thth minute of the game Pedro Eger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pereba F C's Celso Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pereba F C's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Pedro Eger 87 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. When the final whistle sounded Gragoatá F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pereba F C.
