After 5 played minutes Riva’s Jaguar On The Back got a freekick which was hit by Chicão Meireles. Wilson Fantini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. José Paulo Baptista kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Guilherme da Silveira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luizinho de Amorim having to make a save. In the 14thth minute of the game Emílio Magalhães who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but OROBORO F.C's Luizinho de Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luizinho de Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emílio Magalhães's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. OROBORO F.C's Luizinho de Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emílio Magalhães in the 22nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emílio Magalhães in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luizinho de Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luizinho de Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emílio Magalhães, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sílvio Fontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovani Fernandes in the 31st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos da Silveira during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marcos da Silveira hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Fabrício Pimenta kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Özal Paye might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luizinho de Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Özal Paye ran back to his position shaking his head. Luizinho de Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özal Paye, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valdomiro Trigo made a kick off. 50 minutes into the game, Giovani Fernandes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OROBORO F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Riva’s Jaguar On The Back the free kick. With his leg Luizinho de Amorim managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's Emílio Magalhães fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. OROBORO F.C's Luizinho de Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save OROBORO F.C from getting a goal against them. After 69 minutes of play, OROBORO F.C's Valdomiro Trigo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sílvio Fontes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tomé Schmidt hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Sílvio Fontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdomiro Trigo in the 73rd minute of the match. If Emílio Magalhães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emílio Magalhães blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luizinho de Amorim having to make a save. Emílio Magalhães could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Luizinho de Amorim made a huge save. Emílio Magalhãess short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Luizinho de Amorim to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 89 played minutes OROBORO F.C got a freekick which was hit by Giovani Fernandes. In the 90th minute, Emílio Magalhães fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Luizinho de Amorim, passed just outside the right post. In the 92nd minute, Özal Paye fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emílio Magalhães in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luizinho de Amorim saved OROBORO F.C from getting behind. 96 minutes into the match, OROBORO F.C's goalkeeper Luizinho de Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonathan Vargas. Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
