Spectators: 6657 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jorginho Prata made the kick off which started today's match. A collision led to Jataba getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Fabinho Bastos hit a great ball. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Suits's goalkeeper Willian Reis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rafinha Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Luís Vargas in the 11th minute of play. Vânderson Tasso's late challenge caught a Suits's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vânderson Tasso helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th minute, Vânderson Tasso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafinha Figueiredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorginho Prata, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Sílvio Luís Vargas might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rafinha Figueiredo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sílvio Luís Vargas ran back to his position shaking his head. Alexandre Seco did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Willian Reis 27 minutes into the match. If Alexandre Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the match, Suits's goalkeeper Willian Reis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexandre Seco. Vânderson Tasso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafinha Figueiredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Luís Vargas in the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vânderson Tasso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Sílvio Luís Vargas came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Suits fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sílvio Luís Vargas couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Jataba's Serginho Saldanha got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute, Sílvio Luís Vargas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafinha Figueiredo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Perivaldo Chaves struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Rafinha Figueiredo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Suits. Sílvio Luís Vargas took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafinha Figueiredo. Rafinha Figueiredo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Jorginho Prata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77thth minute of the game Jorginho Prata who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jataba's Rafinha Figueiredo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 1-3 became the score in the 84th minute when Jorginho Prata elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Rafinha Figueiredo was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Jorginho Prata capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jorginho Prata really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Rafinha Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorginho Prata in the 94th minute of play. The Jataba supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Suits's performance. The match ended with a win for Suits.
