The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Doriva de Queirós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. César Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Cipriano Branco notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Entremontes's Albertinho Macedo. Albertinho Macedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 15th minute Cipriano Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertinho Macedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cipriano Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albertinho Macedo having to interfere. Albertinho Macedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Mandrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonel Mandrak might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Albertinho Macedo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonel Mandrak ran back to his position shaking his head. Cipriano Branco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. César Varela was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Doriva de Queirós showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 33 minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Entremontes's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Branco came free, but Albertinho Macedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cipriano Branco struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Albertinho Macedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xablau Loverboy. After a rather tough play, Entremontes's Umberto Mattos got a free kick in the 41st minute. If Cipriano Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Entremontes getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Noel Zanette hit a great ball. Leonel Mandrak spun around in front of the goal 46 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Entremontes's goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Doriva de Queirós made the kick off in the second half. Carlos de Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Albertinho Macedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonel Mandrak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. César Varela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doriva de Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Doriva de Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without César Varela having to interfere. Manfredo Matorin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the match, Xablau Loverboy's goal looked a bit too open when Doriva de Queirós came free, but César Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doriva de Queirós took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised César Varela. César Varela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Manfredo Matorin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without César Varela having to interfere. Xablau Loverboy's César Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doriva de Queirós in the 85th minute of play. Manfredo Matorin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cipriano Branco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albertinho Macedo having to make a save. Leonel Mandrak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xablau Loverboy's César Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manfredo Matorin in the 96th minute of play. Entremontes were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Xablau Loverboy for a fine match.
