Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vitório Miranda took the kick off in the first half of the match. Oséas Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oséas Garcia scored 1-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enéas Tróia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Oséas Garcia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Enéas Tróia having to make a save. Oséas Garcia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Enéas Tróia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. João Francisco Branco kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. If Zacarias Mangueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benê Faustino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitório Miranda in the 29th minute of play. Enéas Tróia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oséas Garcia in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oséas Garcia in the 34th minute of play forced Iguaçu Football Club's goalkeeper Enéas Tróia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enéas Tróia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Fernando Vinhas in the 37th minute of the match. In the 40th minute Oséas Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enéas Tróia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artur Brodel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enéas Tróia having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Crixas's goal looked a bit too open when João Francisco Branco came free, but Benê Faustino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oséas Garcia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 46thth minute, Enéas Tróia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Oséas Garcia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enéas Tróia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Vitório Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Benê Faustino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th match minute, Crixas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agenor Coutinho to maneuver through the defense. Oséas Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enéas Tróia having to interfere. Enéas Tróia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarias Mangueira in the 63rd minute of the match. When Oséas Garcia came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Crixas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oséas Garcia couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Walmyr Amorim got free with Benê Faustino in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leonardo Bertassi kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Enéas Tróia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zacarias Mangueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 78th minute of the match, Walmyr Amorim got a very nice opportunity to score, but Benê Faustino was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 80 played minutes Iguaçu Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Walmyr Amorim. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oséas Garcia in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enéas Tróia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Oséas Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crixas's supporters rose to their feet, but Oséas Garcia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enéas Tróia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Natanael Moreno charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Natanael Moreno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Crixas booed when Iguaçu Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natanael Moreno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artur Brodel missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 89 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Enéas Tróia right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Iguaçu Football Club's zone, Oséas Garcia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enéas Tróia came out of the goal and Oséas Garcia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
