Spectators: 7215 (Terracing: 5412, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) An unexpectedly hard shot by Nelsinho Sousa in the 4th minute of play forced Tigre FC's goalkeeper Marcel Trigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tigre FC's Marcel Trigo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Tigre FC from getting a goal against them. Nelsinho Sousa was extremely unlucky when he, in the 14th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Renatinho Berger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Marcel Trigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geovani Jacinto charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geovani Jacinto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th minute of the match Missioneiro F.C. got a corner. Tigre FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Diogo Monteiro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Diogo Monteiro made a great header on Missioneiro F.C.'s corner, it was just that Tigre FC's Marcel Trigo managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Kaká Cavalcante managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tigre FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kaká Cavalcante was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Jacinto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joel Jacinto came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Tigre FC's Kaká Cavalcante. But to his dismay, Kaká Cavalcante quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 27th match minute, Missioneiro F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathias Silva to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dito de Medeiros during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th minute, Dito de Medeiros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute, Renatinho Berger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Missioneiro F.C.'s Mathias Silva got a free kick in the 32nd minute. If Erivaldo Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the match, Missioneiro F.C.'s Nelsinho Sousa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcel Trigo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nelsinho Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Marcel Trigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Missioneiro F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tigre FC were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Erivaldo Gaúcho made the kick off in the second half. Joel Jacinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erivaldo Gaúcho in the 63rd minute of play. In the 70th minute Erivaldo Gaúcho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Jacinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute of the match, Erivaldo Gaúcho tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Joel Jacinto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kaká Cavalcante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Joel Jacinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Kaká Cavalcante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Juninho Neiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Jacinto having to interfere. After 92 minutes, Eliézer Donatello mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Missioneiro F.C. and the Tigre FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 93 played minutes Missioneiro F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Eliézer Donatello. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mathias Silva during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tigre FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
