CUIABÁ-MT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sandrinho Soares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 22 minutes of play, Mad Season FC's Otávio Paulista made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zachary Pawelczyk was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the CUIABÁ-MT defense, Sandrinho Soares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zachary Pawelczyk. The CUIABÁ-MT fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zachary Pawelczyk should have stopped the shot. In the 35th minute Rodriguinho do Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Neymar Levandovskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, CUIABÁ-MT's goal looked a bit too open when Otávio Paulista came free, but Zachary Pawelczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CUIABÁ-MT's 林然洲 quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Thiago Donatello, made in the 40th minute of the game. Zachary Pawelczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Alberto Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodriguinho do Vale was the one to do the kick off. That made the score 1-6 after 67 minutes of play. 71 minutes into the match, CUIABÁ-MT's goalkeeper Zachary Pawelczyk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandrinho Soares. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sandrinho Soares got free with Zachary Pawelczyk in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. CUIABÁ-MT's Amílton Furtado managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Marcel do Vale in the 77 minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Mad Season FC's zone, Amílton Furtado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Neymar Levandovskiy came out of the goal and Amílton Furtado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Ted Garcha came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the CUIABÁ-MT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ted Garcha couldn't finish the play. The tension between the Mad Season FC and the CUIABÁ-MT players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of Mad Season FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CUIABÁ-MT:s goal. The referee gave CUIABÁ-MT a penalty, 92 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by David Cerezo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mad Season FC's Neymar Levandovskiy. 2-6. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Zachary Pawelczyk successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 99 minutes into the match, CUIABÁ-MT's goalkeeper Zachary Pawelczyk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Alberto Carvalho.
