CUIABÁ-MT's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Phantasma FC the free kick. Olívio Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 林然洲, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 20 minutes into the match, CUIABÁ-MT's goalkeeper Zachary Pawelczyk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugênio Peixoto. Zachary Pawelczyk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eugênio Peixoto's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. In the 24th match minute, Phantasma FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Túlio das Neves to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Phantasma FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Nilson Barbosa hit a great ball. Olívio Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amílton Furtado in the 27th minute of the match. 龚翔志 hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Zachary Pawelczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugênio Peixoto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, Amílton Furtado made a precise shot to the right of Olívio Amaral. Phantasma FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 39 minutes into the match, Phantasma FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amílton Furtado came free, but Olívio Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Mané Donatello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 龚翔志 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Eugênio Peixoto made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Phantasma FC's Eugênio Peixoto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zachary Pawelczyk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If David Cerezo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Phantasma FC's attentive Túlio das Neves managed to snatch the ball when Rodriguinho do Vale made a throw-in in the 65th minute of the game. CUIABÁ-MT's Zachary Pawelczyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gino de Queiroz in the 68th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in CUIABÁ-MT's zone, Nilson Barbosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zachary Pawelczyk came out of the goal and Nilson Barbosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the match, Eugênio Peixoto notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of CUIABÁ-MT's Zachary Pawelczyk. Zachary Pawelczyk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eugênio Peixoto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Nilson Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Phantasma FC's Olívio Amaral got control of the ball when Amílton Furtado tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 84 played minutes, Phantasma FC's Túlio das Neves shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zachary Pawelczyk came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Phantasma FC reached it. Zachary Pawelczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugênio Peixoto in the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Amílton Furtado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olívio Amaral. Phantasma FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amílton Furtado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. CUIABÁ-MT were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Phantasma FC to leave the ground with a draw.
