Spectators: 7261 (Terracing: 5447, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adriano Carneiro started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes, Adriano Carneiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ihum and the Mosquito players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd minute, Adriano Carneiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Yan Guimarães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 7 minutes of play, Mosquito's Yan Guimarães made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Murillo Carneiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Danilo Couto came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Mosquito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Danilo Couto couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Adriano Carneiro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Horácio Motta. That made the score 1-1 in the 16 minute of play. In the 19thth minute of the game Yan Guimarães who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ihum's Murillo Carneiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Danilo Couto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th match minute, Mosquito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo Couto to maneuver through the defense. Doriva Goiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Horácio Motta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yan Guimarães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murillo Carneiro having to interfere. Yan Guimarães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yan Guimarães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Murillo Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Danilo Couto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danilo Couto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murillo Carneiro having to interfere. The supporters of Mosquito booed when Ihum was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesinha Pinheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Murillo Carneiro came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Mosquito's Yan Guimarães. But to his dismay, Yan Guimarães quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. When Yan Guimarães came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Mosquito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yan Guimarães couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Danilo Couto was the one to do the kick off. Doriva Goiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horácio Motta having to interfere. Yan Guimarães's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Murillo Carneiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Couto in the 58th minute of play forced Ihum's goalkeeper Murillo Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danilo Couto had several of the Ihum's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 59 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Murillo Carneiro as he didn't even see the shot coming. 62 minutes into the game, Bruno Nunes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mosquito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ihum the free kick. After a rather tough play, Mosquito's Bruno Nunes got a free kick in the 62nd minute. The supporters of Ihum booed when Mosquito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Montenegro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yan Guimarães recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Mosquito's Danilo Couto in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ihum's goalie prevented a goal. In the 73rd minute, Valdomiro Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mosquito's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 75th minute of the game, when Pedrinho Penha after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Ihum's goal. Pedrinho Penha was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Ihum's goalkeeper Murillo Carneiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yan Guimarães. Germano Freitas tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Murillo Carneiro. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-4 in the 82nd minute. Murillo Carneiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Danilo Couto's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Cesinha Pinheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. With his leg Murillo Carneiro managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Mosquito's Yan Guimarães fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 91 minutes into the match, Adriano Carneiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Horácio Motta. Mosquito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adriano Carneiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. If Adriano Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tiaguinho Penha during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Mosquito getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Tiaguinho Penha hit a great ball.
