Zeca Santos's late challenge caught a Itapiranga FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zeca Santos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th match minute, Sem Controle FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeca Santos to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Itapiranga FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
