Sem Controle FC's Konstanty Domaracki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Sem Controle FC from getting a goal against them. 龚战迅 struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Sidney Pombal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sem Controle FC. In the 22nd minute, Sem Controle FC's Arlindo de Lara seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Arlindo de Lara the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Sem Controle FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Arlindo de Lara had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 61stth minute of the game 龚战迅 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Recordacao's Sidney Pombal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Konstanty Domaracki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lúcio Berger, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Sidney Pombal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 龚战迅, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, Sem Controle FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edu Gonçalves came free, but Konstanty Domaracki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 76 minutes, Marcos Matos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sem Controle FC and the Recordacao players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Recordacao booed when Sem Controle FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Matos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute, Roberto Cordeiro made a precise shot to the right of Konstanty Domaracki. Sem Controle FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. When Lúcio Berger came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Recordacao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lúcio Berger couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the Recordacao players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
