Spectators: 7290 (Terracing: 5470, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) Promissao's Cícero Maia started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mathias Ceresso might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismael Sousa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mathias Ceresso ran back to his position shaking his head. 5 minutes into the match, Cícero Maia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edu Gaúcho, 1-0. Fernandinho Sabóia who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Edu Gaúcho when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 11 minutes into the game, Cícero Maia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edu Gaúcho. Cícero Maia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Wiliam Pombal managed to get in a good position for a shot. AtlânticoBBS's supporters rose to their feet, but Wiliam Pombal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ismael Sousa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mathias Ceresso took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ismael Sousa. Ismael Sousa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 27th minute, Mathias Ceresso made a precise shot to the right of Ismael Sousa. Promissao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. 33 minutes into the match, Mathias Ceresso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ismael Sousa. Promissao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mathias Ceresso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. 37 minutes into the match, Promissao's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Paulo Neves came free, but Ismael Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ismael Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias Ceresso in the 38th minute of play. Promissao's Ismael Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathias Ceresso in the 40th minute of play. After having played for 41 minutes, Igor de Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AtlânticoBBS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor de Brito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the game, Fernandinho Sabóia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Promissao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AtlânticoBBS the free kick. The supporters of AtlânticoBBS booed when Promissao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernandinho Sabóia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mathias Ceresso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ismael Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Promissao's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias Ceresso came free, but Ismael Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half AtlânticoBBS were leading 2-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mathias Ceresso to make the kick off. If Jorge Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 54 played minutes AtlânticoBBS got a freekick which was hit by João Adolfo Gomes. 57 minutes into the match, AtlânticoBBS's goal looked a bit too open when Cícero Maia came free, but Edu Gaúcho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ismael Sousa was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Mathias Ceresso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mathias Ceresso really showed his touch with that goal: 2-5. Mathias Ceresso struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Ismael Sousa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AtlânticoBBS. In the 83rd minute of the match, Mathias Ceresso tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ismael Sousa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ismael Sousa stood somewhat misplaced when Mathias Ceresso came free in front of goal and shot 2-6 to the left of him in the 85 minute. Ulisses Brasil kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Jorge Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mathias Ceresso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Sousa having to interfere. Jorge Toledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded AtlânticoBBS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Promissao.
