Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Angelo Marquez came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Brodosqui fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Marquez couldn't finish the play. Lúcio Penha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benjamin Quadros having to make a save. 66 minutes into the match, Brodosqui's Lúcio Penha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benjamin Quadros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Brodosqui's supporters rose to their feet, but Lúcio Penha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Quadros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Gremio FPA defense, Angelo Marquez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benjamin Quadros. The Gremio FPA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benjamin Quadros should have stopped the shot. Natã Godoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. João Francisco Vergílio kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The Gremio FPA players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Brodosqui from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
