One of Caio Costa Club:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Guerreiros FC:s goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Geovânio Nogueira made a kick off. Beto Peres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gil Velasco in the 52nd minute. If Nando Messias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
