Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Kaká Vides successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 13th minute, Ernesto Koehler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 21 minutes, Guto da Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Vitinho and the Verdão Paranaense F. C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Real Vitinho's Guto da Costa got a free kick in the 21st minute. Washington de Amaral took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Christian Guimarães. Real Vitinho's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Christian Guimarães came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Verdão Paranaense F. C.'s Ernesto Koehler. But to his dismay, Ernesto Koehler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ernesto Koehler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Guimarães having to interfere. Kaká Vides didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juvenal Dionísio went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 39 minutes, Ernesto Koehler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Verdão Paranaense F. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernesto Koehler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juvenal Dionísio kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Miguel Mandrak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 46 minutes into the match, Real Vitinho's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Koehler came free, but Christian Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Guimarães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Mandrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miguel Mandrak was the one to do the kick off. Álvaro Furlan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christian Guimarães having to make a save. 56 minutes into the match, Real Vitinho's goalkeeper Christian Guimarães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ernesto Koehler. 58 minutes into the game, Real Vitinho's Anderson Novaes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kaká Vides made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Miguel Mandrak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Christian Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Real Vitinho's zone, Ernesto Koehler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Guimarães came out of the goal and Ernesto Koehler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Real Vitinho's Christian Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Mandrak in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd match minute, Real Vitinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agnaldo Paraibano to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute, Miguel Mandrak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. C.'s supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Verdão Paranaense F. C. may have spent more time on the ball, but Real Vitinho were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
