Spectators: 7248 (Terracing: 5437, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rony Queiroz started the match with the kick off. Anderson Novaes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Albertinho da Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Juvenal Dionísio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faustão Vale in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Christian Guimarães, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Real Vitinho's Christian Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rony Queiroz in the 12th minute of play. Rony Queiroz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Christian Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Samuel Carioca fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gravediggers FC's protests and gave Samuel Carioca a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Juvenal Dionísio made a precise shot to the right of Albertinho da Costa. Gravediggers FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After having played for 30 minutes, Rony Queiroz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gravediggers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rony Queiroz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Juvenal Dionísio came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Real Vitinho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juvenal Dionísio couldn't finish the play. Christian Guimarães made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Faustão Vale sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Juvenal Dionísio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Vitinho's supporters rose to their feet, but Juvenal Dionísio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albertinho da Costa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47thth minute of the game Juvenal Dionísio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gravediggers FC's Albertinho da Costa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anderson Novaes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Faustão Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juvenal Dionísio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albertinho da Costa having to interfere. In the 67th minute Anderson Novaes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertinho da Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rony Queiroz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christian Guimarães having to make a save. Real Vitinho were furious when Jaime Tasso was red carded, 69 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Real Vitinho fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! After 74 played minutes Gravediggers FC got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Cabral. The supporters of Gravediggers FC booed when Real Vitinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Esteves didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Faustão Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cacá Paranaense hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. 88 minutes into the match, Real Vitinho's goal looked a bit too open when Rony Queiroz came free, but Christian Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rony Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Guimarães having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Rony Queiroz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
