Samuca Sá was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 3 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 2nd minute of the game. One of Verdão Paranaense F. C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gravediggers FC:s goal. Verdão Paranaense F. C.:s Kaká Vides showed great skill when he stopped Samuel Carioca:s penalty. Samuel Carioca didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 5th minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Samuel Carioca ran dejectedly back to his position. When Gravediggers FC's Samuel Carioca in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Verdão Paranaense F. C.'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 9th minute, Rony Queiroz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kaká Vides. The goal made the score 1-0. If Rony Queiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 16 played minutes Rony Queiroz rounded Verdão Paranaense F. C.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. 19 minutes into the match, Verdão Paranaense F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Rony Queiroz came free, but Kaká Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiago Maciel took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kaká Vides. Kaká Vides dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Verdão Paranaense F. C.'s Kaká Vides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rony Queiroz in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, Verdão Paranaense F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Álvaro Furlan to maneuver through the defense. Betão Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ernesto Koehler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albertinho da Costa having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Verdão Paranaense F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Rony Queiroz came free, but Kaká Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolas Rossi made in the 43rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Verdão Paranaense F. C.'s Miguel Mandrak. Kaká Vides made an important save on a dangerous shot by Faustão Vale in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rony Queiroz made a kick off. After 53 minutes, Miguel Mandrak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Verdão Paranaense F. C. and the Gravediggers FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Miguel Mandrak hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Kaká Vides showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rony Queiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Rony Queiroz sped through Verdão Paranaense F. C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kaká Vides. Kaká Vides came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Gravediggers FC's Tiago Maciel. But to his dismay, Tiago Maciel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 83rd minute, Rony Queiroz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kaká Vides was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Kaká Vides showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rony Queiroz in the 87th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rony Queiroz in the 89th minute of play forced Verdão Paranaense F. C.'s goalkeeper Kaká Vides to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Mandrak hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Gravediggers FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
