Felippe Gaúcho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleiton Correia in the 23rd minute of play. After having played for 25 minutes, Betinho Vinhas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MaCaCo PreGo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Betinho Vinhas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tales Corrêa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavinho Linhares in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Flavinho Linhares left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Catolé FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 88 played minutes MaCaCo PreGo FC got a freekick which was hit by Gildo Arce.
