SC MARÍTIMO FC's Tiago Gabriel Pereira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save SC MARÍTIMO FC from getting a goal against them. Egídio Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baltazar Capixaba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dário Faria who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Tiago Gabriel Pereira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dário Faria got free with Tiago Gabriel Pereira in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, Kalore's Tiago Gabriel Pereira threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Baltazar Capixaba, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Dito Ramalho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luiz Mandrak having to make a save. After a rather tough play, SC MARÍTIMO FC's Artur Braga got a free kick in the 70th minute. Leandro Duarte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tiago Gabriel Pereira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, SC MARÍTIMO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dário Faria came free, but Tiago Gabriel Pereira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baltazar Capixaba struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Tiago Gabriel Pereira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kalore. 90 minutes into the match, SC MARÍTIMO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Baltazar Capixaba came free, but Tiago Gabriel Pereira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Edmílson de Medeiros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SC MARÍTIMO FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
