Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Paulo Secco in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg André Luiz Porto saved Targinos from getting behind. Edmundo Brodel hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. The Beloá FC fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Beloá FC's Luiz Paulo Secco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 10th minute José Maria Aguiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrinho Braga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Luiz Porto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Favoretto in the 12th minute of the match. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Acácio Pimenta the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Beloá FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Acácio Pimenta had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Beloá FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Acácio Pimenta hit a great ball. Raúl Figueiredo hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Hílton Nóbrega kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Egídio Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Pedrinho Braga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Luiz Paulo Secco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Targinos getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Telmo Vaz hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Edmundo Brodel sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Targinos's André Luiz Porto didn't even have to move. 45 minutes into the match, Targinos's goal looked a bit too open when Hílton Nóbrega came free, but André Luiz Porto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedrinho Braga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Maria Aguiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Egídio Hoffmann in the 52nd minute of play forced Beloá FC's goalkeeper Pedrinho Braga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Elias Favoretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedrinho Braga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egídio Hoffmann in the 59th minute of play. Elias Favoretto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luiz Paulo Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Luiz Porto having to interfere. Pedrinho Braga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dudu Soeiro in the 69th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Raúl Figueiredo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedrinho Braga was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Dudu Soeiro hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Egídio Hoffmann kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raúl Figueiredo in the 83rd minute of play forced Beloá FC's goalkeeper Pedrinho Braga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Egídio Hoffmann notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Beloá FC's Pedrinho Braga. Pedrinho Braga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pedrinho Braga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Maria Aguiar in the 89th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Beloá FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Targinos.
