In the 8thth minute of the game Bruninho Silveira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RB Miguelense's Celso Machado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 8th minute, Mathias Palmeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Raimundo Berger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulo Renato Novaes. Jaudilandia FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raimundo Berger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 17th minute Paulinho Cerezo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Renato Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 played minutes Jaudilandia FC got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Marinho. If Raimundo Berger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Jaudilandia FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Mazinho Cosme hit a great ball. Hélder Sá kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 29th minute of the match Renato Carioca sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Celso Machado skillfully saved the ball. RB Miguelense's Celso Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inácio Lago in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind RB Miguelense's goalkeeper Celso Machado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Raimundo Berger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Paulo Renato Novaes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Jaudilandia FC's goalkeeper Paulo Renato Novaes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raimundo Berger. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raimundo Berger got free with Paulo Renato Novaes in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paulo Renato Novaes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raimundo Berger in the 41st minute. Mathias Palmeira charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mathias Palmeira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th match minute, RB Miguelense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathias Palmeira to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Renato Novaes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulinho Cerezo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Paulo Renato Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Berger in the 56th minute of play. Raimundo Berger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Renato Novaes having to interfere. Paulo Renato Novaes came out of the goal and Raimundo Berger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paulo Renato Novaes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raimundo Berger's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Paulinho Cerezo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the RB Miguelense players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
