Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Orlando Guedes got the match started through his kick off. André Luiz Porto was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Orlando Guedes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Orlando Guedes really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Raúl Figueiredo struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Vinícius Borges didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Targinos. A collision led to Marsal getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Nilton Monteiro hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the game, Nilton Monteiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marsal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Targinos the free kick. The supporters of Targinos booed when Marsal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nilton Monteiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. André Luiz Porto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Guedes in the 15th minute of the match. Vinícius Borges made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raúl Figueiredo in the 18th minute of play. Raúl Figueiredo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Simão Queiroz kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Raúl Figueiredo made a precise shot to the right of Vinícius Borges. Marsal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Egídio Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vinícius Borges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raúl Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Egídio Hoffmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinícius Borges having to interfere. After 47 minutes of play, Targinos's Raúl Figueiredo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vinícius Borges was left in no man's land by his defense there!
Egídio Hoffmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vinícius Borges made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Raúl Figueiredo sent off a good shot on target. In the 59th minute, Paulinho Matorin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. André Luiz Porto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After some careless play in the Marsal defense, Raúl Figueiredo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vinícius Borges. The Marsal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vinícius Borges should have stopped the shot. When José Maria Aguiar fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Targinos's protests and gave José Maria Aguiar a yellow card for diving instead. José Maria Aguiar kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. When Targinos's Egídio Hoffmann in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marsal's goalie prevented a goal. In the 82nd minute Simão Queiroz suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. José Maria Aguiar hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Raúl Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinícius Borges having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raúl Figueiredo got free with Vinícius Borges in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Marsal defense, Raúl Figueiredo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vinícius Borges. The Marsal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vinícius Borges should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Marsal getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Rodriguinho Ramalho hit a great ball. Raúl Figueiredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Vinícius Borges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Targinos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Marsal.
