Paulinho Matorin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Renato Novaes having to interfere. Orlando Guedes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th match minute, Jaudilandia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Marinho to maneuver through the defense. Robinho Bezerra was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 12th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Orlando Guedes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 16 minutes into the match, Jaudilandia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Guedes came free, but Paulo Renato Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simão Queiroz during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Simão Queiroz hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Paulinho Matorin struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Paulo Renato Novaes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marsal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orlando Guedes in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Renato Novaes saved Jaudilandia FC from getting behind. After 43 minutes, Mazinho de Queirós mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jaudilandia FC and the Marsal players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 43rd match minute, Jaudilandia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mazinho de Queirós to maneuver through the defense. Paulinho Matorin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Paulo Renato Novaes made a huge save. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Inácio Lago to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Inácio Lago in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vinícius Borges saved Marsal from getting behind. 55 minutes into the match, Jaudilandia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Guedes came free, but Paulo Renato Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78thth minute of the game Inácio Lago who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marsal's Vinícius Borges was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Simão Queiroz hit a great ball. The Marsal fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when Marsal's Paulinho Matorin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the referee ended the match the Marsal players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
