In the 15th minute of the match Zé Pedro de Queirós sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nilton Sergipano skillfully saved the ball. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Patcha FC's Léo Gomes in the 16th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Nilton Sergipano was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Upá Porks through an amazing save. In the 18th minute, Léo Gomes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nilton Sergipano. The goal made the score 1-0. Léo Gomes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilton Sergipano having to interfere. Waldemar Dionísio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Nilton Sergipano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Patcha FC booed when Upá Porks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Víktor Paulista didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Upá Porks's Paulo José de Souza got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute Léo Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilton Sergipano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Nilton Sergipano managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Patcha FC's Waldemar Dionísio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nilton Sergipano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldemar Dionísio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute of the match Zé Pedro de Queirós shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nilton Sergipano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Patcha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Waldemar Dionísio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Patcha FC defense, Victor Paes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Naldo Mendes. The Patcha FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Naldo Mendes should have stopped the shot.

In the 54th minute, Waldemar Dionísio made a precise shot to the right of Nilton Sergipano. Upá Porks's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. When Patcha FC's Waldemar Dionísio in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Víktor Paulista's late challenge caught a Patcha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Víktor Paulista helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd match minute, Upá Porks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Víktor Paulista to maneuver through the defense. Nilton Sergipano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léo Gomes, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute Léo Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilton Sergipano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Upá Porks's João Vítor de Salles ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Naldo Mendes. Naldo Mendes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-2. Léo Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Waldemar Dionísio came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Patcha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldemar Dionísio couldn't finish the play. In the 91stth minute of the game Waldemar Dionísio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Upá Porks's Nilton Sergipano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nilton Sergipano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Léo Gomes in the 92nd minute of the match. Nilton Sergipano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Léo Gomes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Patcha FC fully deserved thier win.
