When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Genílson Maia took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Bill Phasey to make any attempt to save it. When Antonello Fagnani was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 25 minutes had been played. Antonello Fagnani hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Bill Phasey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Eduardo Costa in the 28th minute. In the 35th minute of the match, Kauã de Almeida tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bill Phasey saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Genílson Maia in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bill Phasey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY FC booed when CORINTHIANS-DF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Guillerme didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Camilo Guillerme made the kick off in the second half. BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Genílson Maia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bill Phasey having to make a save. If Luís Eduardo Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute, Costică Preda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute of the match Miguel Dantas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bill Phasey skillfully saved the ball. CORINTHIANS-DF's Camilo Guillerme got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rodrigo Furtado hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY FC had played much better football throughout.
