The supporters of Ayres 07 F.C booed when Olinto AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edu Teles didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Cícero Santos came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Olinto AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cícero Santos couldn't finish the play. 36 minutes into the game, Dé Brodel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Cido de Alcântara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Olinto AD's Afonso Koehler got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Afonso Koehler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Ayres 07 F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Cícero Santos came free, but Cido de Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Olinto AD were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Afonso Koehler made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hílton Mangueira in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guilherme de Queiroz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 85 minutes into the game, Olinto AD's Afonso Koehler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cido de Alcântara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Afonso Koehler struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Cido de Alcântara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olinto AD. 92 minutes into the match, Ayres 07 F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Dé Brodel came free, but Cido de Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
