Caetano Romero charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Caetano Romero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st minute, Rodoxmaster69's Wanderson de Salles ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jardel Figueiredo. Jardel Figueiredo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. In the 47th match minute, Jazz Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Paulo Camargo to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Sidnei Carneiro made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Otávio de Moraes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Paulo Camargo in the 59th minute of play forced Rodoxmaster69's goalkeeper Kenny Kock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernandão Castro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Otávio de Moraes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jardel Figueiredo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernandão Castro in the 69th minute of play forced Jazz Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Jardel Figueiredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dorival Lira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Kenny Kock made a huge save. Kenny Kock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorival Lira in the 74th minute of the match.
