If Christian Messias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrianinho Vaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Romao's goalkeeper Jano Saraiva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Adrianinho Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jano Saraiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Messias in the 31st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Uruacu's zone, Tiago Gabriel Terra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre de Queiroz came out of the goal and Tiago Gabriel Terra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adrianinho Vaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jano Saraiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Christian Messias made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Cássio Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre de Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cássio Carneiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre de Queiroz having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Adrianinho Vaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jano Saraiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Messias, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Alexandre de Queiroz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cássio Carneiro's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute, João Francisco de Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the match, Uruacu's goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Gabriel Terra came free, but Alexandre de Queiroz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uruacu's Adrianinho Vaz got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Romao getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Nicolas Romero hit a great ball. Cássio Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Uruacu's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
