Kûara FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sparta Rotterdam the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kûara FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Sparta Rotterdam a penalty, 7 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Valdomiro Senna, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kûara FC's Diogo Nóbrega. 0-1. In the 9th minute, Manfredo Queiroz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elder Queirós who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Elder Gonçalves when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 12 minutes, Tales Tróia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kûara FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tales Tróia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Diogo Nóbrega took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manfredo Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diogo Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvaldo Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Edvaldo Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diogo Nóbrega having to interfere. Nicolas Fernandez hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute Manfredo Queiroz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diogo Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Edvaldo Romero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sparta Rotterdam's supporters rose to their feet, but Edvaldo Romero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diogo Nóbrega breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kûara FC's Tales Tróia got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Diogo Nóbrega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvaldo Romero in the 39th minute of play. If Elder Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elder Queirós recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manfredo Queiroz made a kick off. Edvaldo Romero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Diogo Nóbrega made a huge save. In the 59th minute Elder Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elder Gonçalves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elder Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Sparta Rotterdam getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Valdomiro Senna hit a great ball. Kûara FC's Diogo Nóbrega played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manfredo Queiroz in the 74th minute of play. Edvaldo Romero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Kûara FC booed when Sparta Rotterdam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manfredo Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kûara FC's Diogo Nóbrega proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Kûara FC from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, Sparta Rotterdam's Diogo Nóbrega threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Manfredo Queiroz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Manfredo Queiroz succeeded in the game's 95th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2.
