Joel Nascimento came out and tried to block the shot, but Luisinho Freire slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 20th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Dona Denise's goal looked a bit too open when Tomé Alagoano came free, but Joel Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Fausto Esteves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 34 minutes in the game, Bernardinho Jacinto fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Joel Nascimento having to interfere. If Fausto Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Cristóvão Lira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristóvão Lira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Gert Dornak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Samuca Batista made a precise shot to the right of Gert Dornak. Bruscão da Massa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristóvão Lira was the one to do the kick off. Joel Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardinho Jacinto in the 51st minute of the match. Bruscão da Massa's Gert Dornak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristóvão Lira in the 52nd minute of play. In the 57th minute Samuca Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gert Dornak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Bruscão da Massa's goalkeeper Gert Dornak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, Bruscão da Massa's goalkeeper Gert Dornak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fausto Esteves. Joel Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gil da Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After 72 minutes of play, Bruscão da Massa's Gil da Costa made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joel Nascimento was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fausto Esteves might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gert Dornak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fausto Esteves ran back to his position shaking his head. Gert Dornak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristóvão Lira in the 77th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Cleiton Nogueira got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gert Dornak quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fausto Esteves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Gert Dornak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuca Batista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruscão da Massa's Gert Dornak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristóvão Lira in the 87th minute of play. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bruscão da Massa's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cleiton Nogueira was slow to take the kick. During this time Dona Denise's players had a chance to rest. 89 minutes into the game, Samuca Batista was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dona Denise's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bruscão da Massa the free kick. A collision led to Dona Denise getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Samuca Batista hit a great ball. Bruscão da Massa's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
