Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elder Queirós who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Nicolas Eger when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Diogo Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Germano Ribeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The supporters of Borrachos F.C. booed when Kûara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Délio Valadares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Igor Donatello, 21 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Tales Tróia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Borrachos F.C.'s zone, Elder Queirós stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolas Eger came out of the goal and Elder Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Germano Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 42 minutes into the match, Kûara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jefferson Arantes came free, but Diogo Nóbrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celsinho Castro's late challenge caught a Borrachos F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celsinho Castro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd minute, Celsinho Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Jefferson Arantes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Borrachos F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Jefferson Arantes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diogo Nóbrega breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The wind increased when Germano Ribeiro made the kick off in the second half. Clemente Varela received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Diogo Nóbrega came out and tried to block the shot, but Clemente Varela slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 52nd minute. After a rather tough play, Kûara FC's Geovânio Pereira got a free kick in the 64th minute. Kûara FC's Diogo Nóbrega proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Kûara FC from getting a goal against them. Borrachos F.C.'s Nicolas Eger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geovânio Pereira in the 70th minute of play. Raimundo Cosme succeeded in the game's 74th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. In the 77th minute, Celsinho Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jefferson Arantes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Diogo Nóbrega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Germano Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 87 minutes, Diogo Nóbrega successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 91 minutes into the match, Kûara FC's goalkeeper Diogo Nóbrega had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jefferson Arantes. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Borrachos F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
