Nicolas Eger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrinho Paiva in the 14th minute of play. After some careless play in the Borrachos F.C. defense, Gualter Esteves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicolas Eger. The Borrachos F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolas Eger should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Fordlandia getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Antônio Meirelles hit a great ball. Pedrinho Paiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Eger having to interfere. Abelardo Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Fordlandia's Gualter Esteves got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicolas Eger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedrinho Paiva's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gualter Esteves in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicolas Eger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Elano Cabral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Borrachos F.C.'s Nicolas Eger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrinho Paiva in the 41st minute of play. In the 44thth minute of the game Pedrinho Paiva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Borrachos F.C.'s Nicolas Eger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 44 played minutes Borrachos F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Matos. Nicolas Eger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualter Esteves in the 47th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedrinho Paiva made a kick off. Sandrinho Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abelardo Matos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Gualter Esteves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fordlandia's supporters rose to their feet, but Gualter Esteves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolas Eger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedrinho Paiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Eger having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedrinho Paiva in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicolas Eger saved Borrachos F.C. from getting behind. Nicolas Eger came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Fordlandia's Gualter Esteves. But to his dismay, Gualter Esteves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Pedrinho Paiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gualter Esteves might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicolas Eger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gualter Esteves ran back to his position shaking his head. If Pedrinho Paiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 86 played minutes Borrachos F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Raimundo Cosme.
