Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Carioca to make the kick off. If Anderson Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the game, Francisco Carioca recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nico Alagoano. Francisco Carioca showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. A collision led to Bangu Atletic Club getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Maicon das Neves hit a great ball. Bangu Atletic Club's Anderson Vargas got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind BlackBridge F. C.'s goalkeeper Nico Alagoano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
