Juvefogo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Irundi the free kick. When Wesley Paraibano came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Juvefogo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wesley Paraibano couldn't finish the play. Arí Brasil hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. In the 98thth minute of the game David Carioca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juvefogo's Bebeto Cruz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
